RLH Plumbing was quick to schedule service, and the team sent to my home were friendly, professional, and quick to diagnose the problem. From there, they explained what needed to be done, and repair was made same day, preventing further water damage. They were referred to me by a friend, and I will definitely recommend them in the future.

UPDATE: RLH Plumbing was back to our house to install a wax seal on one of our toilets in addition to installing several new bathroom water faucets. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze thanks to Jennifer. The two plumbers that did the work were extremely thorough and courteous. Another fine job by the RLH Plumbing team!
RLH Plumbing services has done several jobs in our house. This last time they installed an automatic shut-off valve for our hot water heater. They also inspected our gas fireplace for an issue. Ronnie’s team is ultra-professional. They respond to requests in a timely fashion. They are extremely knowledgeable about all things plumbing. Their work is absolutely first-rate and at a fair price. We are fortunate to have found them. We could not be happier with their work and have recommended them to many of our friends!

Very nice company.. I called and told them what I needed and they were out the following business day.. It was not an emergency.. They guys that came out were very nice and polite.. I went in to work the next day and the lady I work with had a pipe leak.. So I gave her the number and they came out the next morning.. Great company I received their number from the man who power washes my house ( Central Virginia Power washing ).. I will continue to use them both..

I sent a message on a Saturday and they were able to squeeze me in. They came out in short notice and helped me figure out what needed to be done. We had a hiccup with a part being shipped and it came broken but in a day we had a replacement and it was fixed. I was very grateful for the help and was able communicate well.

The water shut off valve under my bathroom sink was leaking & I called RLH plumbing. They sent a plumber out within a few hours. Mike did an amazing job fixing the problem & explained in detail exactly what happened. He was very professional. I will definitely call them again for all of plumbing needs.

Very positive experience with Ronnie and his team. I needed my sewer line replaced from the house to the alley. I knew it would be an extensive repair so spent a lot of time researching other recommendations and calling around for quotes. I saw RLH recommended on Next Door and gave them a try. Ronnie came out to the property pretty much immediately and assessed things. He was a straight shooter and didn't give me any fluff. He ended up giving me a quote and after calling around to several other places, the quote ended up being many thousands of dollars less than anyone else. I went with RLH for the repair. They came out with their crew and in a day, had excavated my backyard and put down new PVC pipe. They had to deal with some snags along the way, including a fence in the way and a mismarked water pipe (city of Richmond's fault) but they never complained and just got the work done. Very, very satisfied with the work RLH did and would highly recommend them. Will use them for plumbing issues in the future. Ronnie and team are good guys and did solid work at a fair price and didn't try and screw me over.

I recommend RLH Plumbing. I got their number from a recommendation on our neighborhood Facebook page. They were immediately responsive and offered a competitive estimate. During these Covid times and zoom calls being conducted, we really appreciate how respectful they were. They were in and out of the house and up and down the stairs quietly so as not to disturb. They completed the work efficiently and left without any trace of their being there. The owners Ronnie and Jennifer run a quality business.

RLH Plumbing came recommended from a friend. They came out inspected the job, sent an estimate (which was the best one I got), I scheduled the work, the technician was courteous on time and went above and beyond the actual scope of the work. I have found my plumbing company for life.
